These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website nourishyourwellbeing.com and the purchase of the digital eBook "Nourish Your Well-Being" (the "Product"), owned by Nourish Your Well-Being LLC, with address at PO Box 95, Lexington VA 24450, United States (the "Company").
By browsing the website or purchasing the Product, you fully accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the site or making a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate identification and payment information.

The displayed price includes applicable US sales tax. The default currency is USD; payment gateways may show your local currency. The Company may modify prices, but changes will not affect confirmed purchases.
The download link is available immediately after payment confirmation and remains active for 30 days. Save a local copy; the Company does not guarantee indefinite cloud storage.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the supply of downloadable digital content does not confer a right of withdrawal once the download has begun, provided you have given your express consent during purchase.
Refunds will only be granted if the download link presents technical failures attributable to the Company and the Product could not be accessed within 48 hours after payment. To request a refund, email support@innervibe.org with proof of payment.
All rights to the eBook and website content belong to the Company or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication in whole or in part is prohibited without written authorization.
The eBook information is educational and does not replace professional medical advice. The Company will not be liable for damages arising from your use of the content, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The site may contain links to third-party pages over which the Company exercises no control and assumes no responsibility.
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.
The Company may update these Terms. Modifications will take effect upon publication and apply to future purchases; previous transactions will retain the conditions in effect at the time of contracting.
If any clause is declared null, the remaining clauses will retain full validity.
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with US law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Virginia, except where mandatory provisions dictate otherwise.
